Second Soliloquy
A journey into the mindscape...
Book Fund
Starting last week, whenever I drop by a bookstore, I go around looking for books to read, and take note of the ones that seem especially interesting. Right now, I have a list of 15:- The Tao of Pooh - Benjamin Hoff
- Veronica Decides to Die - Paulo Coelho (this one's rather intriguing)
- The Alchemist - Paulo Coelho
- Sophie's World - Jostein Gaarder
- Where the Heart Is - Billie Letts
- A Walk To Remember - Nicholas Sparks
- Little People - Tom Holt
- Life of Pi - Yann Martel
- Tw7sted - Jessica Zafra
- blink: The Power of Thinking without Thinking - Malcom Gladwell
- Robert's Rules of Writing - Robert Masello
- My Side of the Mountain - Jean Craighead George
- Youngblood 2
- After Eden - Arnold Arre (more like a graphic novel, actually)
- Maybe (Maybe Not) - Robert Fulghum
...and I don't have money to buy any of them. I am poor and unemployed. Perhaps I can persuade my parents to buy me some of these? Or I could just look for a source of income.
Wah...
